PowerShell Help update
The external PowerShell help system SAPIEN previously included with PrimalScript 2007 received a little face lift for release with PrimalScript 2009. Taking a lead from PrimalScript 2009’s object browser, the cmdlet listings are also sorted by common verbs. This should make it easier to locate the cmdlet that you are looking for.
New Logon Script Wizard
PrimalScript 2009 ships with a new Logon Script Wizard, generating VBScript code and providing easy customization. Most of the items are straight forward, like drive and printer shares. You can edit your Welcome message right there in the wizard and specify external command line tools to be executed. The section with the custom VBScript actions […]
PrimalScript 2009 includes PowerShell Profile Manager

Does PrimalScript 2009 support PowerShell V2?
We are getting lots of email asking this one question. PrimalScript’s PowerShell support was designed to use whatever version is installed from the very beginning. So all Cmdlets, their parameters, the online help, tooltips etc are always up to date. So if you don’t see a specific service build to support this or that particular […]
Script Packager packs new features.
PrimalScript 2009’s Script Packager contains two new target executables and easier manifest handling. The increasing popularity of PowerShell and the large numbers from the PrimalForms download prompted us to add dedicated targets to PrimalScript’s Script packager: These two new options allow you to package your PowerShell script into a stand-alone exe file. When executed, this […]
