- Operating system (e.g. Windows 7 Professional 64 bit)
- Specific SAPIEN Software version and build (e.g. PrimalScript 2011, 6.0.150)
- Any error message you may see exactly as stated.
- Sample files or screenshot usually help greatly to illustrate the problem.
- Start a new topic for your problem and try not to hijack another thread with a similar problem.
- Post in the forum associated with the product your are using.
