We just released a new build of PowerShell Studio 2014 (v4.1.72). We wanted to highlight some changes and additions:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Function Validation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Function Builder will now validate your function names by checking if it already exists in your script, thus preventing duplicate functions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sapien.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/FunctionExits.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"Function Exits\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sapien.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/FunctionExits_thumb.png\" alt=\"Function Exits\" width=\"244\" height=\"146\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Create Functions from selection<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you select a section of script when inserting a new function, the Function Builder will use the selected text as the body of the function.
