We want to make you aware that beginning this Friday Dec. 21, at 9:00 a.m. there will be scheduled downtime through Dec. 22, 9:00 a.m. (PST). We are performing our annual site maintenance and infrastructure upgrade during the holiday so that there will be minimal customer impact and to ensure a smooth transition.<\/p>\n

All SAPIEN services will be offline<\/strong> during this maintenance period, including the SAPIEN website, Community Support Forums, Premium Support Ticketing, this SAPIEN Blog, the SAPIEN Store, and License Activation. The SAPIEN Information Center<\/a> will remain up and available for your use during this time.<\/p>\n

Please be sure to activate your software before Dec. 21, 9:00 a.m. if you need to use it before Dec. 22, 9:00 a.m. (PST).<\/strong><\/h3>\n
