So, here’s the deal: We’re getting a LOT<\/em> of demand for our Windows PowerShell training.<\/a> Which is, of course, good – demand pays the mortgage bill! But Jeffery Hicks and are are getting a lot of training requests, and our families miss us. Even though we’re working hard to find additional training partners<\/a> to help pick up the slack, we’re still thinking that it’d be a good idea to have a subcontractor or two that we could send off to do some quality PowerShell training using our courseware<\/a>.<\/p>\n

So here’s the offer: If you’re a technical trainer, send me an audio file – or heck, go nuts and send a video file – of your best 5-10 minutes of explaining something essential in PowerShell. Wow me, and I’ll hold a spot for you in our October class<\/a> so you can “prep” on our Fundamentals and Intermediate courses. That way, some of our customers can benefit from your trainer awesomeness as we send you on training gigs as a subcontractor. Really<\/em> wow me and we’ll talk about covering your hotel room for class. Or maybe your airfare. Or maybe we’ll have a drink at a bar after class one night – depends on the “wow” factor. If you want to do a video, grab a trial of Camtasia<\/a>… a great way to record what you’re doing in PowerShell along with voiceover.<\/p>\n

What’s that? You’re not a technical trainer but you want to give it a shot? Well, send your audition. If I can’t tell you’re not a pro trainer… then maybe you’ve got the Right Stuff! You don’t tell, and I won’t tell.<\/p>\n
