I had the pleasure of speaking with the Orlando .NET User Group on May 11. It was a well attended event with over\u00a020 attendees and a few sponsors.<\/p>\n

The presentation I gave provided a comparison of the differences between Windows PowerShell and PowerShell Core.\u00a0 I also showcased the creation of hybrid scripts that can tackle both PowerShell technologies, and demonstrated how to use SAPIEN PowerShell Studio to execute PowerShell Core scripts and provide the results in a Windows application.<\/p>\n

I wrapped up the session by showing the potential of Azure Cloud Shell by executing AzureRM scripts using both Windows PowerShell and PowerShell Core scripts.<\/p>\n

It was a very exciting night\u2014talking about upcoming technologies and scratching the surface with Python and SQL Server.<\/p>\n
