But, we know from years of experience that many people don&#8217;t upgrade their versions quickly. It takes time to get to know and trust a new version. In a large enterprise, it takes time to do the parallel testing to certify\u00a0that a\u00a0new product is secure and compatible with the software that the\u00a0organization uses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Take the survey:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/WGNWVYB\" target=\"_blank\">Which version of Windows PowerShell do you use?<\/a><\/p>\n<p>For those of us who are writing scripts and modules to share, this is a big issue. Must I support a particular PowerShell version? How many people and organizations will I exclude if I use a DSC solution that requires PS 4.0, or a module that requires PS 3.0?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>YOU CAN HELP!<\/h2>\n<p>We\u2019ve built a quick 5-question,\u00a0multiple-choice (with\u00a0optional comments)\u00a0survey to gather this data.
